Agrigate Network Ltd is a leading agribusiness company specializing in contract broiler farming, fish farming, and agri-technology solutions. We are building digital platforms (ERP, Mobile Apps, IoT systems) to transform the agriculture sector in Bangladesh.

We are seeking a talented
UI/UX Designer
to join our growing tech team and help shape intuitive, efficient, and beautiful user experiences.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have
3–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience
, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking.

Experience working in
agriculture
,
agribusiness
, or
rural technology platforms
will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define user requirements.
  • Design intuitive UI wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Create responsive web and mobile app designs focused on usability.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to improve UX.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years
    proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design for Web and Mobile.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
