Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Dhaka. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, developing mockups and prototypes, and enhancing visual design strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving user experience, and supporting front-end development teams with design assets. The ideal candidate will contribute to building intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with WAGE's mission.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating Mockups, Prototyping, and Visual Design
  • Strong expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and user-centric design principles
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Front-End Development to support design integration
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in workforce or recruitment platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
