Role Description
This is a remote permanent role for a Customer Acquisition Specialist. The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive acquisition strategies.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, convert, and retain new customers.
Day-to-day tasks include managing customer acquisition initiatives, communicating with potential clients, while providing support in the development of acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, partnerships, events).
- Identify target customer segments and create tailored messaging for each.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, and influencers to expand reach.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Market Research
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with potential clients
- Experience in CRM and marketing
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or experience is preferred
