Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. They will also be involved in employer branding initiatives, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Collaboration with the HR team to enhance recruitment strategies and IT recruitment may be required.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM from a reputable university.
  • Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience Requirements
:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role.
  • Experience in e.g., cement, paint, chemical, construction sector will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with popular job portals (Bdjobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to screen candidates and evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
