Bikroy is currently seeking dynamic and skilled
Associate/Specialist Key Account Managers (KAM)
to oversee strategic client relationships across our
Vehicle
and
Property
verticals. As a KAM, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term partnerships with our most valuable clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your mission? Drive sustainable growth and contribute to Bikroy's long-term success.

Job Title:
Associate Key Account Manager / Specialist Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct daily client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios through customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
  • Collaborate across departments to maximize revenue via up-selling and cross-selling Bikroy's products and services.
  • Prepare and update KPI reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to vertical leads.
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly KPIs (acquisition & revenue targets) are met or exceeded.
  • Take ownership of new revenue-generating projects and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA from reputed institutions; specialization in Marketing is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
2–4 years of corporate sales experience preferred from Vehicle/Property, FMCG, E-commerce, MNCs, Mobile Devices, MFS, Logistics, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen and key account management expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy in reporting and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
