The major purpose of the Telemarketing Executive is to work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. He/ She is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of Praava Health Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales lead and focus on successful conversion
  • Meet daily call target and CRM input properly
  • Achieve revenue target on a monthly basis
  • Managing Internal stakeholders
  • Follow-up patient calls where necessary.
  • Promote Praava services by providing marketing communication materials to customers.
  • Ensure to liaise tickets for all the issues/suggestions for both external & internal customers.
  • Regular ensure to send SMS and email as per protocol

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline or a student with relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in telemarketing
  • Preferably in the Healthcare industry experiences
