Call Centre Executive

Position Title: Call Centre Executive Department: Customer Support & Sales Reports To: Call Centre Supervisor / Head of Business Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Position Overview

LifePlus Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking energetic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote LifePlus services, and convert leads into sales. The role will involve introducing customers to LifePlus's digital healthcare features such as doctor appointments, telemedicine, diagnostics, home sample collection, medicine delivery, and insurance products. Executives will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and social media.

Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.

Handle inbound & outbound calls to assist customers with queries and service requests.

Promote LifePlus services (appointments, telemedicine, diagnostics, insurance, pharmacy & health plans).

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.

Follow up with potential leads to maximize sales conversion.

Provide accurate information regarding products, offers, and promotions.

Handle complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call handling & sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); HSC graduates with relevant experience may also apply.

Prior experience in call centre/tele-sales/telemarketing is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication in Bangla (English communication will be a plus).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, call software).
