This role provides exceptional patient support by managing queries, coordinating appointments, and handling feedback across various platforms. Candidates, preferably 3rd/4th-year English or Communication students or recent graduates, should have strong interpersonal skills, business etiquette, and proficiency in G-Suite, internet applications, and social media, with fast typing in Bengali and English. Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Attend to all patients' queries (general, different tests, plans, packages, consultations, pharmacy medicine) on various platforms
  • Takes appointments for all services
  • Forwards patients' requests (invoice, reports, CT values, call back)to the concerned groups for quick solutions and logs in the Airtable when needed to inform CMT
  • Forwards the details of negative feedback/complaints to CMT through Airtable
  • Acknowledge payments and forward them to the CC to update the invoice
  • Attending daily, and weekly meetings and other training sessions
  • Conduct audits for call recordings
  • Conduct Ad-hoc audits for social media as and when needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Co-Curricular activities
  • Experience in any platform is a plus

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

  • Comfortable using G-Suite and Internet Applications.
  • Proper understanding of social media platforms
  • Fast typing (both in Bengali & English)
