Your new role
As Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to achieve brand targets while building strong partnerships with customers and improving productivity.
• Engage with the Field Force, keeping them updated, motivate and providing sales support.
• Conduct market research, surveys of healthcare professionals, and market mapping to gain insights for brand strategy while managing the product cycle and portfolio, including script analysis of healthcare professionals and competitor analysis.
• Prepare and assess drug product information and documents in compliance with local and global drug administration and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to gain the mind share of targeted customers and facilitate participation in national and regional activities of medical organizations.

Your Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for a new Product Manager who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You'll bring with you:

• Degree in Pharmacy, MBBS, or a related field, preferably with an MBA degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer market, or healthcare technology companies.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team, along with the excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, customer-oriented, and quality-focused, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating a highly talented team.
