Job Summary

We are looking for a
fluent English professional
to manage
LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and campaign execution
for our global clients.

The candidate will handle everything from
research and strategy to message creation and campaign management
— no pre-written text or templates will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify
    target companies and decision-makers
    .
  • Manage LinkedIn profiles (Director/client accounts) to
    connect, pitch, and follow up
    .
  • Write
    personalized outreach messages, cold emails, and LinkedIn posts
    .
  • Plan and run
    LinkedIn Paid Campaigns
    for targeted outreach.
  • Execute
    Email Marketing campaigns
    (prospecting and nurturing).
  • Study each client's
    industry, services, and offers
    to create custom content.
  • Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and hand over to the senior team.
  • Track activity, maintain CRM records, and report weekly performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of
    written and spoken English
    .
  • Proven experience in
    LinkedIn prospecting, B2B outreach, or lead generation
    .
  • Familiar with
    LinkedIn Paid Campaigns (Ads Manager)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Email Marketing / Cold Email best practices
    .
  • Strong
    research and content creation
    ability.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Based in
    Chittagong
    , available
    full-time (5 days/week)
    .

Compensation & Growth:

  • Base Salary:
    ৳28,000 – ৳38,000 (depending on experience).
  • Performance Bonus:
