Your Role

As a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Executive, you will:

  • Research and identify
    target companies & decision-makers
    .
  • Manage LinkedIn profiles (Director/client accounts) to
    connect, pitch, and follow up
    .
  • Write personalized
    outreach messages, cold emails, and LinkedIn posts
    .
  • Plan and run LinkedIn Paid Campaigns
    for targeted outreach.
  • Execute Email Marketing campaigns
    (prospecting & nurturing).
  • Study each client's
    industry, services, and offers
    — and craft messaging yourself (no spoon-feeding).
  • Generate and qualify leads, book meetings, and hand over to the senior team.
  • Track activity, maintain records/CRM, and report weekly performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of
    written & spoken English
    .
  • Experience in
    LinkedIn prospecting, B2B outreach, or lead generation
    .
  • Familiar with
    LinkedIn Paid Campaigns (Ads Manager)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Email Marketing / Cold Email best practices
    .
  • Strong research ability & content writing skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Based in
    Chittagong
    , available
    full-time, 5 days/week
    .

Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary:
    ৳28,000 – ৳38,000 (depending on experience).
