Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Responsibilities include managing email marketing software, analyzing campaign performance through marketing analytics, creating content for targeted email communications, and maintaining customer databases. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with business objectives while monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation to drive campaign success.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns and customer databases.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results and continuously optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Relevant experience in IT services or similar industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Salary
20,000 BDT. Will be reviewed based on performance.
