We are looking for a highly skilled person who can handle end-to-end outreach and sales for our SEO agency.

If you can generate leads, write smart proposals, and confidently speak with prospects, this role is for you.

About the Role

You will manage our entire outbound pipeline:

1. LinkedIn Outreach

  • Use Sales Navigator & LinkedIn messaging to connect with business owners
  • Send personalised outreach messages (no spam)
  • Track leads inside CRM
  • Follow up using structured sequences

2. Upwork Proposal Submissions

  • Search relevant SEO & digital marketing jobs daily
  • Write personalised, value-driven proposals (not copy/paste)
  • Qualify serious leads
  • Book discovery calls on my calendar

3. Over-the-Phone / Zoom Selling

  • Talk confidently with business owners
  • Run discovery calls using our SOP
  • Explain SEO services clearly (training provided if needed)
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Close deals and hand off clients to fulfilment team

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork proposals, OR sales
  • Confidence speaking on Zoom / phone
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Search, or digital marketing (basic knowledge fine)
  • Strong follow-up habits
  • Reliable, consistent, and organised
  • Intelligently deal with negative responses.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a marketing agency
  • Past work in appointment setting or sales closing
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork.
