Role Overview

DataPollex is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Software Sales Consultant. A comprehensive two-week training program will be provided to familiarize the candidate with our tech stack and service offerings.

The Software Sales Consultant will be responsible for lead generation, conducting cold calls, sending outreach emails, and other sales-related activities. You are also expected to be available for calls and meetings beyond these hours when required for official purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored software solutions.
  • Attend team meetings and provide input or updates on assigned tasks.
  • Ensure timely, accurate responses to customer requests.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scopes to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Bangla and English with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex business needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • You have to be comfortable with flexible work hours to meet client needs.
  • Having a Software background is a must, or having equivalent experience.
