Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in Chattogram. The Assistant Manager will handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities. The role also includes maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws, supporting HR strategies, and fostering effective collaboration among teams. The Assistant Manager will work closely with leadership to implement HR policies and contribute to workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Skilled in training, coaching, and fostering employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and databases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within HR is preferred
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices in HR management
