Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Internal Audit, located in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing internal audit operations, assessing financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and identifying risks and inefficiencies. Key tasks include conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and providing insights to enhance the organization's financial and operational integrity. Collaboration with relevant teams to implement audit recommendations is a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify patterns, risks, and inefficiencies
- Solid understanding of Finance and Internal Controls
- Proficiency in Accounting and conducting Financial Audits
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity
