Role Overview

The Creative Marketing Manager will lead content strategy and execution across all stages, including concept development, scripting, production, and post-production. This role requires a natural storyteller with hands-on experience in managing full-scale content projects, digital campaigns, and media buying. Candidates with prior agency experience will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns aligned with our brand and product goals.
  • Conceptualise fresh, innovative ideas and transform them into engaging marketing assets, keeping up with market trends.
  • Oversee end-to-end content production: 
    Scripting & Storyboarding, Shooting & Direction, Team & Resource Management, Editing & Post-Production
  • Plan and manage media buying strategies across digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube) to maximise reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and produce content to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on marketing, content, and digital trends to ensure innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    4 years of professional experience
     in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing the full content lifecycle (scripting → shooting → post-production).
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas consistently.
  • Hands-on experience in 
    media buying and campaign optimisation
    .
  • Prior experience working with or in 
    creative/advertising agencies
     is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
