About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Designer to join our team and create engaging & impactful designs for various media applications. As a creative designer, you create a rough layout for design projects and follow them through to completion. You use digital illustration software to create the finished products. It is often essential to collaborate with other designers as well as writers, marketers, advertisers, and vendors on the project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking design briefs to understand complex requirements and developing thoughtful, creative solutions.
  • Conceptualizing and developing unique designs, graphics, layouts, and artworks that align with brand guidelines while keeping up to date with modern design trends.
  • Designing high-quality and persuasive collateral to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Presenting conceptual ideas, design solutions, and suggestions to stakeholders in a professional manner while incorporating feedback into the final output.
  • Working with a range of stakeholders and clients to understand design briefs and requirements.
  • Utilizing a variety of software programs to create graphics, layouts, and other artworks.
  • Ensuring design meets the desired specifications in terms of colors, fonts, and tone of voice.
  • Taking ownership of tasks from brainstorming to completion while being proactive throughout the process.
  • Coordinating closely with the product, development & marketing team to ensure the final product meets all requirements.
  • Keeping up to date on industry trends and digital technologies for creative inspiration.
  • Ensure all assigned design tasks are completed on time and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • You have prior experience as a Creative Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
  • You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
