Marketing Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies, leading a talented team, and shaping how Upturn is perceived in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with Upturn's business goals.
  • Lead creative ideation and campaign development to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Guide in-house content and visual creators with strong strategic direction.
  • Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across all platforms.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., LLMs, NanoBanana, VEO) for content, visuals, and analytics.
  • Transform platform data (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) into actionable insights.
  • Drive out-of-the-box campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
  • Report directly to the Founder with clear, measurable KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or growth strategy.
  • Final-year university students with proven marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong creative capability and hands-on content creation skills.
  • Proven record of designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and social platform growth.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Leadership skills to manage in-house teams, agencies, and AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading brand storytelling initiatives and growth campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A portfolio of innovative campaigns demonstrating both creativity and impact.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with strategic autonomy.
