We're Hiring: Creative Designer (Graphics & UI/UX)

Location: Head Office – E-Learning and Earning Ltd., Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Overview:

We're looking for a *Creative Designer (Graphics & UI/UX)* who can blend artistic vision with functional design. The ideal candidate will work across brand design, social media, and user interface projects — helping us create engaging digital experiences for our learners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching visuals for social media, marketing, and brand campaigns.

  • Create clean, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX designs for web, LMS, and mobile platforms.

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma / Adobe XD).

  • Collaborate with developers, marketing, and content teams to ensure visual alignment.

  • Maintain consistency with brand identity and design standards.

  • Support creative strategy and contribute new design ideas to enhance user engagement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphics and UI/UX design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, and Figma.

  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and responsive design principles.

  • Experience with e-learning, tech, or digital agency projects preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
