Role Overview

Marketing Manager is responsible for, focus on digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (articles, graphics, videos, blogs) to drive audience engagement.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and paid social campaigns to boost traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and prepare ROI reports.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine strategies.
  • Support traditional marketing activities (events, trade shows, print, direct mail).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and content creators.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's/master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital/content marketing (preferably in software/IT).

Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in social media, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Ads Manager, and digital dashboards.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
