Job Description / Responsibility:

Provide strategic brand directions in line with the campaign planning and creative deliverables


• Review alignment of creative deliverables with brand strategy.


• Assign projects and campaigns to subordinate(s) and supervise them accordingly


• Assist the account management team (Director/ Associate Director and Group Manager) in successful completion of campaign.


• Take and understand brief from client(s) and/ or supervisor


• Formulate communication plan and Gantt Chart for campaigns


• Prepare job list for planning and/ or creative department and debrief according to given brief


• Supervise and coordinate ongoing works


• Keep client updated about progress of work and take feedback


• Manage relationship with both external and internal stakeholders


• Negotiate and convince clients on selling ideas, deadlines and financial approval


• Prepare and present campaign budget to client (For Social Communication)


• Keep track of financial activities of respective account/brand


• Monitor weekly/ monthly job status report


• Execute and supervise campaign(s) collaterals (PPM, Production such that Photo shoot, Shoot, design outputs, printing etc, Activation, Events or similar activities)

Educational Requirements:

BBA/ MBA/ Master's degree from any reputed institution

Experience Requirements:


• 4 to 5 year(s) of relevant experience .


• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Communication, Client Service/ Marketing, Digital Marketing in similar industry.
