Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Uttara. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with the preparation of budgets, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and supporting the senior accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience in assisting with budget preparation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant experience in an accounting role and knowledge of the industry is a plus
