Firm Description: A London based Chartered Account Firm.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Time)
Salary: Competitive (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Chartered Accountant with previous experience in Practice or Industry. This is a remote, work-from-home position, ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge who can also support general administrative tasks. You will play a key role in keeping our accounts accurate and our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain financial records and bookkeeping using QuickBooks, Xero, and similar platforms
• Prepare and manage spreadsheets, reports, and financial documents in Excel and Word
• Perform reconciliations and assist with account preparation
• Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, email management, document preparation, and filing
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and office administration
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all work
• Work independently, proactively, and efficiently to meet deadlines

Skills & Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Previous accountancy or bookkeeping experience (essential)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
• Honest, fair, and trustworthy approach to work
• Good internet connection and access to a personal computer
