Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Accountant based in Dhaka. The Jr. Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in budget preparation. The individual will also handle accounts payable and receivable, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and participate in audits. Additionally, the Jr. Accountant will support the senior accounting team in enhancing financial processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an accounting role is a plus
