Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions.

Record daily cash, bKash, and bank transactions.

Ensure timely deposits of daily cash collections into the bank.

Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.

Track and clear all outstanding dues from customers promptly.

Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection.

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers.

Process payments received via cash, bKash, or bank transfers.

Address and resolve billing queries or discrepancies.

Manage petty cash records and handle reconciliations.

Ensure daily deposits of all cash collections into the assigned bank account.

Provide necessary documentation for audits and inspections.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including cash and bKash transaction summaries.

Support in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Notify management of any financial discrepancies or irregularities.

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets.

Recommend cost-cutting measures where applicable.

Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Provide administrative support to the accounts team.

Respond to financial inquiries efficiently.

Support in maintaining and improving financial record systems.

Ensure accurate data entry into accounting software.

Help adopt new tools and systems to streamline financial processes.

Stay updated on financial regulations, tools, and best practices.

Assist the Accounts Manager or senior accountants with additional tasks as needed.

Take up any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the authority. Adapt to changing priorities and perform tasks to support organizational needs.
