Position: Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Nature: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:


•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions


•Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents


•Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts


•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports


•Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities


•Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts


•Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations


•Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payment issues


•Support in audits and tax filings as required

⁠Experience Requirements: 1-2 years

(Freshers with internships may be considered).

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from any reputed University.

Knowledge & Skills Required:


•Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software


•Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting


•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


•Good communication and interpersonal abilities
