is looking for
Executive - Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop/manage Facebook focused on product branding of TECHNOGYM
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building tasks.
  • Help manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) by monitoring performance and preparing reports.
  • Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies to increase sales of GYM Equipment of TECHNOGYM.
  • Identify new geographic markets and assist the teams in expansion activities.
  • Conduct market analysis, Identify the demand of the products and performance trends, competitor pricing, and market shifts.
  • Plan/execute selling and marketing activation programs to increase the prospect of existing products by exploring new markets and other potential avenues.
  • Participate the on line training from TECHNOGYM, Italy to improve the performance and improve the sales skill .
  • Create and distribute physical promotional materials: brochures, leaflets, banners, catalogs.
  • Visit and meeting with Potential Customer, Resellers and Corporate Client (Real Estate company, Hotel, GYM & Fitness Club) as per required.
  • Obtain market information including competitors' activities from various internal and external channels and keep the management informed.
  • Preparing different reports e.g. sales, visit etc. and assist performing administrative jobs related to sales center like Sales proposal, Google spread sheet data ,VAT, Commercial doc etc.
  • Assist in short/mid/long term planning and other activities.
  • Others as per the required of the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Digital marketing training or certification is an advantage
  • Skills Required: Team management, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, Good Computer Skills and Communication

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Multinational Companies, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Group of Companies, Research Organization

Additional Requirements

  • Good innovative skills for introducing new sales strategies.
  • Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels & negotiation)
  • Deep understanding of business-to-business product marketing
  • Good techno-commercial skills
