Job Description / Responsibility

JMI Group is one of the most promising, dynamic business conglomerates in Bangladesh. Covers the sectors like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, health care services, real estate, printing & packaging, home appliances, primary energy (LPG) including extended value chain of LPG SECTORS LIKE LPG Cylinders, auto tank etc.

JMI Builders & Construction Ltd. a sister concern of JMI Group a trust worthy mission of quality Developer Company in Dhaka to accomplish the ambition of typical breathing apartment as well as commercial buildings. JMI Builders are developing executive apartment in prime locations of Bangladesh. We are a member of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive in the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets for company real estate projects (apartment, plot, commercial space etc.)
  • Identify , approach, & convert potential clients through networking, referrals, digital channels, & field visits.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Conduct project presentations explaining features, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Arrange and lead property /site visits with prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Additional sales or real estate certifications will be an added advantage
  • Skills Required: Real Estate Marketing, lead generation, Salesforce, Corporate Sales, Client Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, Market Analysis, sales strategy, CRM Software, Client Handling

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate,Group of Companies,Developer,Real Estate Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Strong sales track record and ability to meet targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and corporate sales.
  • Good Knowledge of real estate market trends.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
  • Personal Vehicle/ Motorbike preferred
