Key Responsibilities


• Assist the U.S. Tax Partner in preparing and filing quarterly sales tax returns


• Support preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns


• Organize and maintain tax workpapers and supporting documentation


• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with U.S. filing deadlines


• Assist with basic client communication, information requests, and follow-ups


• Work collaboratively with the U.S. tax team and operations lead in Bangladesh


• Stay updated on new processes, software tools, and U.S. tax best practices

Requirements


• MBA/MS in Accounting or Tax required


• ACCA (part- or full-qualified), or equivalent certification preferred


• 1–3 years of experience in tax or accounting


• Familiarity with
U.S. Taxation
highly desired, not required (training will be provided)


• Strong understanding of basic accounting and tax principles


• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines
