Key Responsibilities


• Manage front-line bookkeeping for U.S. clients using QuickBooks Online


• Perform monthly close procedures only, including reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts


• Post adjusting journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers


• Prepare trial balances and assist in financial statement preparation


• Support audit workpaper preparation and review files


• Create financial-only reports and KPIs using advanced analytical software


• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff or peers when required, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment


• Maintain proactive communication with our Bangladesh operations lead and U.S.-based team

Requirements


• BBA in Accounting required


• MBA or ACCA (part- or full-qualified) preferred


• 2–3 years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience


• Strong command of QuickBooks Online (certification a plus)


• Knowledge of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and closing entries


• Fluent English (written and spoken) – direct interaction with U.S. clients and teams


• Proven leadership experience or ability to mentor and guide colleagues


• Experience preparing financial reports and KPIs with analytical/reporting tools (preferred)


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working full-time, in-office
