Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern, located in Dhaka. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including supporting HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and conducting personnel management tasks. The role also involves helping in the implementation and management of HR projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, and participating in recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic about learning and development within the HR field
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
