Job Description

  • Develop and execute solution sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Present and position business solutions effectively to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities, cross-sell & upsell to existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards.
  • Maintain relationship with Key Contact Person (KCP), Key Decision Maker (KDM) and general users through different activities on a need basis.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales activity report in the prescribed format.

Academic Qualification

  • BA/BBA from any UGC approved institution

Job Experience Required

  • 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred

Required Capabilities

  • Strong background in B2B solution/ICT sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of enterprise ICT & digital solutions.
  • Effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting & data-driven decision making.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across marketing, product, and technical teams.
