Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive

Garden Centre Resort – Gazipur

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Garden Centre Resort. The role involves developing strong relationships with corporate clients, driving sales growth, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring maximum occupancy and brand visibility for our resort's facilities, including corporate retreats, conferences, daylong events, and residential stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Sales
  • Identify, target, and build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and institutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to secure corporate events, conferences, and retreats.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for corporate bookings and packages.
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote resort facilities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional content, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Manage social media presence and ensure consistent branding across channels.
  • Build partnerships with travel agencies, event managers, and corporate HR teams.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent the resort in trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to develop new business opportunities.
  • Suggest innovative packages, offers, and loyalty programs to attract corporate clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in corporate sales, hospitality, or event management (resort/hotel industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Dhaka and nearby regions for client meetings.
