Executive / Sr. Executive, Business Development (Software Outsourcing)

We are looking for smart, ambitious professionals ready to drive new business opportunities with international clients. This role involves research, prospecting, and nurturing leads through digital channels.

Job Details:

* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)

* Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Vacancies: 5

* Experience Required: 1 - 2 years (Both male and female candidates are welcome).

* Salary: BDT 25, ,000 per month (based on experience & skill

* Must-Have: Excellent communications ability in English, and strong analytical ability.

Job Description:

* Identify and communicate with potential clients across Europe and Australia.

* Prospect leads through LinkedIn, Email, Phone, and other digital platforms and schedule meetings with CXO leads for the leadership team.

* Conduct impactful client presentations for potential business opportunities.

* Execute marketing operations with our digital marketing team, email campaigns, content, and social media ads.

* Set ambitious sales goals, target the right markets, and execute action plans to achieve them.

* Apply excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to every challenge.

* Explore and leverage AI tools and emerging trends in digital marketing to drive innovation and efficiency.

Additional Requirements:

* Excellent English communication (written & spoken).

* Strong analytical ability.

* Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

* Good general knowledge of software & applications (plus point).

* Knowledge of digital marketing (plus point).

Education:

* BBA/MBA from reputed universities. CSE/CS/IT background candidates with strong sales/business development experience can also apply.
