Role Description (Night Shift)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in
Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka
, Bangladesh. The
Business Development Executive
will focus to the
Global Market (USA/Canada/UK/Australia)
on identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and developing strategies to enhance company growth. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively communicating business propositions to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
    (Please do not apply if you are not fluent in English)
  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Business and Communication
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Technology or
    BPO
    industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
