Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive - Product & Business Intelligence (Data Focused) at NEXT Ventures. The executive will be responsible for data analysis, generating business insights, and developing strategic recommendations. They will work closely with the product and business teams to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive decision-making processes. This is an on-site role located in Dhaka.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis and statistical skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience in business intelligence and generating actionable insights
  • Understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
