Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Intelligence Analyst located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as data modeling, developing dashboards, using business intelligence tools, and conducting business analysis.

Mission

  • Guarantee the reliability and quality of data and analysis and improve
  • Develop dashboards with different data resources, turning data into insight
  • Visualize data & create & cross-functional reporting for related business units with key performance metrics, trends & alerts
  • Extract data from internal & external sources and tools
  • Work with business units, understand their needs and provide the right information
  • Work closely with the global data team, keeping up with global data trends
  • Provide training for employees in the analytics tools to ensure their autonomy
  • Keep up to date on data science evaluations and creation of long-term projects

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Data Modeling
  • Experience with Dashboard development minimum 3years
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools especially Tableay
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Good programming skills: A statistical programming language, like R or Python, app script and must have a database querying language like SQL, Databricks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Has good team spirit to work in team
