We are hiring Business Intelligence Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Manager to lead and transform our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, advanced expertise in analytical and visualization tools , and a proven ability to convert raw data into actionable insights. This role is key to driving strategic decisions, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to support company objectives.

  2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for growth and improvement to support key business decisions.

  3. Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems.

  6. Drive initiatives to improve data visualization, reporting capabilities, and overall data literacy within the organization.

  7. Use advanced analytics to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements across operations.

  8. Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data accessibility and reduce manual efforts.

  9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive performance improvements.

  10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics tools.

  11. Train and mentor team members to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
