Your Role in Our Mission
The Executive – Product & Business Intelligence role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business performance, and strategic insight. You will work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to transform raw data into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes. This role centers on advanced analytics, data visualization, and the development of reporting systems using BI tools, SQL, and Google Sheets. It's ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving while also being curious about market research, competitor analysis, and broader strategic context. How You'll Make An Impact
Advanced Data Analytics

• Leverage BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Superset, etc.) and Google Sheets to build dynamic reporting systems.
• Apply advanced formulas, queries, pivot tables, and scripts to generate actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL, Python, R, or other relevant tools for complex analysis, data transformations, integrations, and workflow optimization.

Business Insight Development

• Assess business performance and identify growth or cost-efficiency opportunities using forecasting, segmentation, and correlation analysis.
• Conduct root cause analyses to address business challenges and optimize strategic initiatives.
• Apply statistical and predictive techniques to identify patterns, forecast outcomes, and deliver practical, explainable, and valuable business insights.
• Collaborate with data, product, and marketing teams to drive action based on data-backed findings.
• Support daily ad-hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate insights for decision-making.
• Assist in pre- and post-product launch performance tracking and highlight areas for improvement.

What You Bring

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics (freshers with strong skills encouraged to apply).
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking with deep commercial understanding — able to connect data with business outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Strong command of Google Sheets — advanced formulas, pivot tables, queries, array functions, and automation scripts.
• Experience working with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Superset.
• Strong grasp of statistical and predictive analysis techniques, with practical application in real business scenarios.
• Strong communication skills — able to present insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Awareness of global AI trends and a curiosity to explore their business applications.
• Interest or experience in fintech, investment platforms, or trading ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Well aligned with Product & Business teams and able to navigate internal data systems confidently by the end of the first month.
• Produces accurate reports using BI tools and Google Sheets with minimal guidance, and supports supervised business health analysis by Day 45.
• Delivers independent, high-quality analytics by Day 60 — identifying opportunities for growth or efficiency and presenting clear insights to stakeholders.

• Skilled at exploring complex datasets to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and anomalies, and turning raw data into meaningful observations.
• Able to connect analytical findings directly to business objectives, offering clear recommendations that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Eager to learn new tools, techniques, and industry knowledge, with a strong interest in financial markets, trading models, and competitor strategies.

• Monthly salary range: BDT 30,000 – BDT 50,000
