Traveler's Holiday (Pvt.) Ltd. is a trusted travel and education consultancy, providing visa, ticketing, and study-abroad services. We are looking for a Ticketing & Reservation Officer with strong knowledge of airline booking systems and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international reservations and ticketing.
  • Handle bookings through GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Process refunds, cancellations, reissues, and exchanges.
  • Provide professional customer support and resolve booking issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or airline industry (preference for 3+ years).
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation

  • Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
