Position:
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager, Reservation

Location:
Dhaka

Experience Required:
6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Reservation Department to ensure smooth air ticketing across GDS, Non-GDS, NDC & LCC airlines.
  • Lead and guide the team in handling bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining SOP compliance.
  • Monitor performance, prepare duty rosters, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve critical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong expertise in Galileo GDS, with knowledge of NDC & LCC airlines.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
