Job Description
Core Responsibilities Client Support: Assist the team in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Help prepare and present travel itineraries and packages to potential clients.
Booking and Reservations (1 Vacancy):
Aid in booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. You'll use computer reservation systems (GDS) and online booking platforms for domestic and international travel. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing travel records. Help maintain and update client profiles and databases. Research and Planning
Destination Research (1 Vacancy):
Conduct research on popular travel destinations, new hotels, and tourism trends, with a focus on both local and international markets. Itinerary Creation: Help develop detailed travel itineraries, including information on destinations, activities, and local customs. Supplier Relations: Assist in communicating with and following up with various suppliers, such as airlines and hotels, to confirm bookings and ensure all details are correct.
Sales and Marketing Support (1 Vacancy):
Help with the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for social media and other platforms. Sales Assistance: Provide support to the sales team by identifying potential leads and assisting with the promotion of tour packages.
