Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel-related inquiries, booking flights, processing visas, arranging hotel accommodations, and preparing Hajj & Umrah packages. Additionally, the Sales Attendant will manage customer relationships, handle transactions, provide travel advice, and ensure customer satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and preparing travel packages
  • Skills in visa processing and managing customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in handling transactions and customer service
  • A strong ability to provide travel advice and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in travel and tourism is beneficial
