Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation and Ticketing Executive, located in Colombo. The Reservation and Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks will include processing bookings, issuing tickets, solving customer inquiries, and ensuring all travel arrangements run smoothly.
