Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Ticketing Reservation specialist located in Motijheel Thana. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as managing ticket sales, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Other key duties include maintaining accurate records, assisting clients with their travel plans, and ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the travel or aviation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
