Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary Director of Market Intelligence to join our Banani, Dhaka office. This role will be instrumental in shaping CodersTrust's market positioning, driving insights-based growth strategies, and strengthening our partnerships across Bangladesh and beyond.

Responsibilities

Strategic Market Insights & Planning

-Lead market research and intelligence gathering to identify trends, sales opportunities, and both potential and threats in the education and skills development sector.

-Translate market data into actionable insights that drive sales and business strategy and decision-making.

-Provide regular reports and forecasts to the leadership team to inform policy, product, and partnership strategies.

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement

-Build high-value relationships with universities, corporations, government entities, and NGOs.

-Identify and pursue opportunities for CodersTrust's expansion in B2C, B2B, and B2G segments.

-Represent CodersTrust as a senior thought leader at conferences, industry events, and high-level meetings.

Brand Positioning & Outreach

-Oversee strategic communication, positioning CodersTrust as a leader in digital skills and youth empowerment.

-Guide the design of proposals, presentations, and communication materials tailored to policymakers, investors, and institutional partners.

-Ensure CodersTrust's narrative is data-driven and resonates with global best practices.

Leadership & Team Development

-Mentor and guide a high-performing team in market research, data analytics, and communications.

-Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.

-Align cross-functional efforts to ensure market intelligence translates into measurable impact.

Qualifications & Requirements

-MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

-10+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, or senior marketing/business development roles.

-Demonstrated success in translating data into strategy and growth outcomes.

-Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English (written and verbal).

-Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, government agencies, and corporate partners.

-Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.

-Positive, proactive, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.

-Willingness to travel for client, partner, and institutional engagement.
