Purpose of the Role

Developing and implementing long-term business strategies aligned with the bank's overall goals. Monitor the performance of implemented strategies and initiatives, and make adjustments as needed. Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Identifying and assessing potential business ventures and acquisitions. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business strategies and initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various source and related with competitive Bank.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability, customer relationships, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to uncover potential issues or opportunities.
  • Perform profitability analysis at various levels (e.g., product, customer segment, branch) to understand profitability drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence tools and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Provide commercial insights that enable the business to respond effectively to a changing market environment.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for competitive advantage
  • Monitor the performance of implemented strategies and initiatives, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Work with various stakeholders (e.g., Trade Services, Credit Administration, Client, business teams, risk managers) to implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop business cases for new products, services, or initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of Graduation and Masters/MBA from a UGC approved university.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
  • Candidates having degrees in Data Science/IT will get preference.
  • In depth knowledge on MIS development & Reporting.
  • Experience on Product Development and must be acquainted with detailed features of Corporate products.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Banking.
