About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and deploy LLM based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and test state-of-the-art large language models and retrieval augmented generation techniques.

Contribute to the development of prototypes under guidance from senior engineers.

Evaluate model performance using standard metrics and help fine-tune models for accuracy and efficiency.

Support the deployment and integration of ML models into production systems.

Document experiments, model architectures, and results clearly for internal use.

Stay updated on emerging AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python with extensive experience with LLMs.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and version control (e.g., Git).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or MLOps tools.

Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization.
