We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AI systems, including large language models, reinforcement learning frameworks, and custom AI solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize AI systems with a focus on large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and fine-tuning strategies. You will work closely with our product and data teams to create state-of-the-art AI solutions that drive innovation and real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for diverse applications.
  • Design and implement reinforcement learning algorithms and pipelines.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data, including preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation.
  • Develop scalable AI architectures and maintain AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to integrate AI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI research, emerging frameworks, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and fine-tuning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Deep understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and advanced AI concepts.
  • Experience with data pipelines, structuring, and large-scale datasets.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of AI models in production.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and academic or professional publications in AI are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI model optimization.
  • Background in multi-modal AI models (text, image, video).
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research papers in top conferences.
